Regarding learning the English language, we apply the ‘Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL)’ teaching approach to our curriculum. This means teaching both new concepts/ideas and all the language attached to them at the same time. As the CLIL methodology means children acquire language naturally (in the same way as their mother tongue), our children also learn to think in English instead of relying on constant translation. Thus, the children become fluent communicators in English and can adapt their language to many different situations.
