😜🥄 自己做，但有點 messy！

通心粉不只在義大利超有名，在 美國、英國 也很受歡迎！

尤其在美國，「Mac & Cheese（起司通心粉）」幾乎是國民料理～

小朋友到大人都愛吃，是家庭餐桌和學校餐最常見的菜之一

今天老師帶著我們一起動手做～

先把通心麵煮好放涼，接著在鍋子裡融化奶油、加入麵粉和牛奶，再倒進滿滿的起司～

濃濃的香氣馬上飄出來

最後把通心粉倒進金黃色的起司醬裡攪拌～

亮亮的、滑滑的，好像一鍋起司火山

老師幫我們分裝好後，我們開動啦

有人大喊：「好香喔～！」

也有人說：「嗯…這味道好特別」

但大家都玩得超開心，還學會了怎麼自己做 Mac & Cheese

Today we made Mac & Cheese! Super popular in the U.S. and loved by kids and adults! We cooked macaroni, mixed it with cheesy sauce, and everyone had fun tasting it — some loved it, some found it different, but all enjoyed cooking together
